“I’m proud of the successes we have had in West Monroe in infrastructure projects, grant awards, economic development and especially with the outstanding audit report we have just completed for this past fiscal year,” Mayor Mitchell said. “I’m honored and excited with the opportunity to serve our city for another term.”
